Key Responsibilities

  • Manage limousine bookings, job assignments, billing, and revenue forecasting
  • Plan and review staff rosters to meet operational productivity targets
  • Ensure LQA and hotel service standards are consistently followed
  • Conduct service audits and ensure compliance with hotel procedures
  • Maintain lobby and driveway presence to oversee operations and guest assistance
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging guest service at all times
  • Lead and promote a excellent service culture within the team
  • Handle guest requests and complaints, including investigations and follow-ups
  • Train, coach, evaluate, and monitor team performance
  • Carry out counseling and disciplinary actions where required
