Key Responsibilities
- Manage limousine bookings, job assignments, billing, and revenue forecasting
- Plan and review staff rosters to meet operational productivity targets
- Ensure LQA and hotel service standards are consistently followed
- Conduct service audits and ensure compliance with hotel procedures
- Maintain lobby and driveway presence to oversee operations and guest assistance
- Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging guest service at all times
- Lead and promote a excellent service culture within the team
- Handle guest requests and complaints, including investigations and follow-ups
- Train, coach, evaluate, and monitor team performance
- Carry out counseling and disciplinary actions where required
- Attend departmental and operational meetings
