Chief Data Scientist

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design and deliver shopping assistant chatbot solutions
- Define prompt engineering strategies to improve chatbot conversational depth and user engagement
- Build and deploy LLM-based agents designed for integration with external tools, APIs, and databases via function-calling
- Ensure chatbot response accuracy and reliability using rigorous evaluation and hallucination prevention methods
- Develop data-driven A/B testing strategies in collaboration with analytics teams for optimization
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate insights and support structured data requirements for engineering teams
- Guide cloud engineering teams in the development of scalable infrastructure for AI solutions
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in AI and ML development, with a focus on conversational agents preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
