Job Title: Chief Engineer

Location: Albany, NY-Hybrid

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm. On call 24/7.

More of a hybrid role, someone comfortable working with a client.
In the field doing administrative work. Procedure methods.
HVAC, plumbing experience. Not so much electrical but have the knowledge.
Oversite of all 20 locations across region.
Company vehicle will be provided

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, valves, and other mechanical/electrical equipment while reviewing operational logs to ensure optimal performance • Oversee contractor activities and manage building infrastructure projects, including preventive maintenance scheduling and repair frequency determination • Implement and manage safety training programs while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements • Supervi...
