Job Description
Serves in position for corporate responsibility and authority in electrical engineering. Leads electrical engineering discipline staff and is responsible for development, maintenance and enforcement of corporate standards and procedures for electrical engineering for all Business Units.
**Responsibilities**:
a. Application of Knowledge of Design
b. Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge of new developments, products, systems and methods for the discipline, serving as a central resource for technical information and creative/innovative ideas.
c. Initiates and supervises development and maintenance of design standards, technical details, standard specifications, checklists and production procedures for the discipline. Reviews/enforces compliance with standards.
d. Assures adequacy of in-house resource centers, libraries, publications, codes, standards, testing equipment and similar materials relating to the discipline.
