Job Description Job Description Summary: Facilities Plus is seeking an Engineer for a 160,000 square foot Class A office building in Fairfax, VA. The Chief Engineer oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, equipment, and controls. This includes ensuring compliance with the maintenance standards outlined of the agreement between Facilities Plus, Inc. and the Client. The role is integral in maintaining optimal performance and reliability of all mechanical, electrical, and energy management systems. This role has responsibilities and expectations to include demonstrating technical expertise in multiple craft areas (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and be multi-skilled in all others to direct and assist in the successful repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of various building operational components.
