Responsibilities

• Primary duty is to ensure project-based deployment staff from Facilities Engineer to ranking file are all present to attend the day-to-day activities at, and to satisfy our client per agreed contract. Relievers must be readily available when a regular shift schedule of the assigned shift supervisor and maintenance are unable to report to work due to emergency.
• Manage the day-to-day tasks of the property’s Engineering and Maintenance function
• Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s standard Preventive Maintenance Program
• Prepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projects
• Vetting fit-out or renovation plans to ensure adherence to the rules of the Corporation
• Recommend and implement an energy conservation program
