Chief Engineer

Educational Qualification:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).

Industry Experience:

• Should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience working in the sugar industry.

Boiler Expertise:

• Must have strong proficiency in boiler systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers used in sugar manufacturing processes.

Technical Knowledge:

• Should have sound knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment handling, and process improvement within sugar plant operations.

Problem Solving:

• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in boiler and mechanical systems.

Team Collaboration:

• Should be able to work closely with plant operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of mechanical systems.
