Overview

Milrem Robotics is seeking a Chief Engineer for the R&D Division. A strategic leadership role with real influence, shaping our long-term R&D technology roadmap and impacting future products beyond individual projects.

You will lead with autonomy and trust, defining technical direction and standards, and representing Milrem technically with partners, customers, and EU programmes. Working in close collaboration with the CPO, engineering and product leadership, acting as a senior technical authority within the organisation.
