Foodbank SA & NT is the largest food relief organisation in South Australia and the Northern Territory. Established in 2000, Foodbank SA & NT is a profit for purpose, non‑denominational, community‑based organisation dedicated to supporting those in need. Its vision is to end hunger, and its mission is simple yet powerful: to deliver the most good food, to the most people, in the most efficient way possible. Today, Foodbank SA & NT operates 13 Food Hubs and 7 warehouses across both SA & NT including their new head office and distribution centre in Pooraka, providing essential food relief to more than 150,000 people every month – one third of whom are children. Over the past year alone, Foodbank SA & NT has sourced enough food to serve more than 12 million meals to individuals and families doing it tough in our community.
