Our client is a new and growing private duty homecare organization. They are seeking a dynamic, tech savvy, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and oversee all aspects of operations and strategic growth for their Phoenix, AZ location. Strong operational, financial, and clinical leadership experience in homecare or healthcare is essential. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.



Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Requirements
  • Senior leadership experience in private duty homecare or a related healthcare field
  • In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations and industry best practices
  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the growth, sustainability, and quality of homecare services.
  • Oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across all service lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, referral sources, and community partners to enhance reputation and service delivery.
