What You’ll Do
- Sell Cloud Telephony, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Contact Center solutions, Zoom Phone/ Zoom Contact Center, AI powered voice solutions
- Sell advanced UCaaS/CCaaS solutions to global clients (primarily UK) across multiple sectors.
- Run product demos, understand technical requirements, and close deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to deliver value-driven proposals.
- Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strengthen customer relationships by expanding the product portfolio with existing customers.
- Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling an enhanced product portfolio to existing customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud Telephony (Mandatory .
- Experience in selling AI powered voice/chat solutions as a part of CC solutions.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams – Direct Routing, AI Channels.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and technical aptitude.
- Experience across multiple domains (e.g., IT, travel, recruitment, healthcare)
