JD:

What You’ll Do

  • Sell Cloud Telephony, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Contact Center solutions, Zoom Phone/ Zoom Contact Center, AI powered voice solutions
  • Sell advanced UCaaS/CCaaS solutions to global clients (primarily UK) across multiple sectors.
  • Run product demos, understand technical requirements, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to deliver value-driven proposals.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by expanding the product portfolio with existing customers.
  • Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling an enhanced product portfolio to existing customers.



What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud Telephony (Mandatory .
  • Experience in selling AI powered voice/chat solutions as a part of CC solutions.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams – Direct Routing, AI Channels.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and technical aptitude.
  • Experience across multiple domains (e.g., IT, travel, recruitment, healthcare)
