A large, strongly capitalized conglomerate is launching a new global HFT business and is hiring an established HFT leader to build and run it. This is a build-from-zero mandate: design the business, define its direction, assemble the team, and take full ownership of all functions.

The firm will establish the office in the candidate’s city, anywhere globally — U.S., Singapore, Dubai, India, or any major trading hub.

Required Experience

• Hands-on background as an established HFT trader or senior quantitative researcher with real exposure to live systems
• Strong understanding of exchange protocols, connectivity, and market microstructure
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows and make complex technical decisions
• Comfortable handling external discussions with exchanges, vendors, and partners
