Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for growing the business profitably and managing the P&L of the organization. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve AOP.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages profit and loss and asset utilization across multiple business, cultural, and regulatory.
2. Grows the business profitably.
3. Manages multiple functions across varied geographies.
4. Achieve or exceed balanced scorecard targets for the organization of responsibility.
5. Through Directors and Managers, implements operating policies and procedures across multiple functional areas including customer service, finance, quality control, purchasing, materials management, and human resources.
6. Anticipates, recognizes, facilitates, and coordinates the resolution of cross-functional challenges that may impact organizational success.
7. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships. Achieves high customer satisfaction ratings.
8. Translates long-term business strategy into long-term business goals for the organization. 9. Develops, leads, and motivates Directors and Managers; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
10. Develops high-functioning teams. Understands the region within which the organization operates as well as Cu ins’ global products and presence.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Qualification: College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required. Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred.
MBA degree in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience:
Min 20 + years experience in managing the P&L of the Organisation.
