Key Responsibilities

• Mobilization of CSR funds and building strong partnerships with corporates, institutions, and donors.
• Managing execution of projects with accountability and ensuring compliance under all applicable trust and statutory laws.
• Leading recruitments for Ashirvad Group of Units, strengthening HR policies, and effectively managing attrition.
• Driving organizational growth with strategic planning, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
