Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Acolyte Technologies into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for overall strategy, operations, revenue growth, team leadership, and stakeholder management , while aligning the company’s vision with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s short-term and long-term business strategy
• Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
• Drive innovation across services, processes, and offerings

Business Growth & Revenue

• Own P&L responsibility , budgeting, and financial planning
• Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and client acquisition
• Build and strengthen enterprise and strategic partnerships

Operations & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance)
• Ensure process efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction
• Implement scalable systems and performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs)

People & Culture

• Build, mentor, and lead senior leadership and management teams
• Foster a high-performance, ethical, and collaborative work culture
• Ensure talent development, retention, and leadership succession

Governance & Compliance

• Work closely with the Board of Directors on reporting and governance
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company with investors, clients, and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as CEO / Managing Director / Business Head / VP / GM
• Strong background in B2B services, consulting, technology, or startup ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and build high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience working with startups, MSMEs, or high-growth organizations
• Exposure to digital services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses.
