Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:

Driving long-term vision, profitability, and operational excellence.

Leading strategic decision-making, organizational alignment, and stakeholder management.

Overseeing all company operations, financial performance, and expansion planning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the boards vision.

Drive growth in both domestic and international markets.

Operations Management

Oversee production, supply chain, and quality management functions.

Implement process automation, lean manufacturing, and cost control initiatives.

Financial Oversight

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.

Improve profitability, EBITDA margins, and working capital efficiency.

People & Culture

Build and lead a strong leadership team.

Foster a high-performance culture with transparency and accountability.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across manufacturing and labor laws.

Liaise with board members, auditors, government bodies, and legal consultants.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC : 75,00,000 1,35,00,000 per annum
