Chief Executive Officer (Real Estate)

BOOTES is hiring a CEO to run the real estate development business end-to-end: strategy, P&L, land, product, sales, marketing, approvals, execution coordination, finance discipline, and brand trust. This role is accountable for building a predictable, scalable developer engine, not a one-project-at-a-time hustle.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end real estate development, including land acquisition, project planning, construction, and sales for multi-storey buildings.
• Lead authority dealings with state development authorities, municipal corporations, tehsil offices, and other regulatory bodies to secure approvals, permits, and clearances.
• Develop and execute marketing/ sales strategies for real estate projects to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate measurements, valuations, and project timelines.
