We are looking for a CFO to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing B2B services organisation in Spain. A strategic, high‑impact role working closely with senior leadership for a leader who has built, scaled, and transformed finance functions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance across FP&A, controlling, accounting, tax, and treasury
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Strengthen commercial decision‑making (pricing, margins, efficiency)
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance team
• Lead transformation, process improvement, and systems upgrades
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership

Ideal Profile

• Big Four background strongly preferred
• 10–15+ years in senior finance roles
• Experience in high‑growth, scaling, or transforming organisations
• Proven track record of building finance capabilities, not just maintaining them
• Background in professional services / consulting / B2B environments
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
• Strategic, hands‑on, and able to influence at senior level
