VP Finance

The VP Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for liaising with the executive team, board and strategizing to ensure the financial health, planning, and operations of our client in the Kamloops region of BC.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term growth and investment plans
  • Provide financial leadership to senior executives, department heads and other shared service teams to align financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Strategic oversight of the payroll and benefits function, including labour reporting, workforce forecasts, compensation and more.
