Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Manesar, India
Reporting To: Managing Director
Group Companies: NTF Group, Joint ventures with Japanese companies, NTF New Initiatives, Zen Mobility (Zenmo), Studio34 etc.
Working Days: 6 days a week, with periodic travel to Gujarat for oversight and reviews
About the Role:
NTF Group is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Group CFO to lead financial strategy, governance, and capital management across its high-growth businesses in automotive components, electric mobility, and design. The ideal candidate will bring global financial acumen, IPO readiness, and a digital-first mindset to support NTF’s scale-up from ₹1,000 Cr to ₹5,000 Cr+.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Financial Leadership
Drive long-term financial planning, profitability, and cost optimization
Implement a system-driven approach for efficiency, controls, and transparency
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Ind AS , Companies Act, and group-level internal controls
Lead audit readiness, statutory filings, and board-level financial reporting
Oversee secretarial and legal functions as part of the CFO’s scope
IPO & Capital Markets Readiness
Lead IPO strategy, due diligence, merchant banker coordination, and SEBI compliance
Drive transformation from a private to a public-ready financial ecosystem
Banking, Treasury & Fundraising
Manage complex debt structures, working capital, banking relationships, and investor relations
Prepare strategic funding plans for growth and new ventures
JV & International Finance
Handle financial operations of international JVs, especially Japanese collaborations
Ensure IFRS-compliant reporting and cross-border finance strategy
Technology & Digital Finance
Champion SAP S/4 HANA implementation and leverage ERP systems for data-driven decisions
Promote automation, analytics, and dashboards across all financial functions
Board Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Present MIS, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Board and investors
Collaborate with Business Heads for strategic growth initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
25+ years in finance, with 15+ years as CFO in the automotive industry
Proven experience in scaling companies from ₹1,000 Cr to ₹5,000 Cr+
Strong track record in handling Ind AS balance sheets , statutory audits, and financial controls
Deep involvement in international JVs , IFRS reporting , and Japanese partner collaboration
Led or contributed to IPO preparation/public company operations
Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and system-based financial workflows
Strong understanding of ERP integration, digital dashboards , and automation
Leadership Traits:
Governance-driven, analytical, team-focused, and strategically aligned with the Board’s vision
Capable of working closely with promoters and joint venture partners across geographies
Hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational detail
