Chief Financial Officer – Manufacturing Motor

Reporting to: Managing Director

Budget: 50-100 LPA

Direct Reportees: Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Taxation/Legal compliance Manager

Team size: Accounts and Finance team including direct reportees shall be about 15 employees.

Location: Anand / Baroda

Key Skills:

• Experience: 15+ years, and at least 3 years in a leading role as CFO
• Qualifications: CA, CPA and MBA preferred
• Preferred experience in industries: Should have worked for a substantial period in companies involved in manufacturing of Solar Panels, Solar equipment, Light engineering entailing large volume manufacturing, Machinery Manufacturers, Motors, Gearboxes/Mechanical power transmissions, Pumps/Valves, Compressors, Hydraulic or Pneumatic tools/equipment, Electrical goods, Batteries, Switchgear, Transformers, White goods, Auto component manufacturing, etc
