Role & responsibilities

• Drive high-stakes project finance, Capital Planning and M&A.
• Create the future pathway of Mining & Power businesses.
• Shape the financial strategy for a 50,000+ member workforce.
• Key person in Business Strategy development/formulation & implementation. Work closely with the Top Management in key business decisions & business plans.
• Enable high quality major investing decisions, including mergers & acquisitions, to advance the businesses and increase profitability of the organisation.
• Steer the strategic roadmap of the organisation & support the Top Management to conduct monthly Business Plan reviews and to implement corrective measures, as may be required. Implement financial best practices & ensure statutory audits & compliances.
