The RoleAn exciting opportunity has been opened for a highly motivated and committed professional to join the Benang family as Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the Executive GM and Board you will lead and manage all aspects of the company's financial services and interests. Benang is a rapidly growing business with a projection of significant growth over the next 5 years. We are seeking a hands on finance professional who not only understands construction but ideally brings public practice/financial service experience having previously worked for an Accounting Firm. You will be responsible for working:
- Lead Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Tracking of Projects, Business Units and companywide.
- Support Operations Managers and Project Managers with monthly budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Oversee financial operations including payroll, procurement, and compliance.
- Present Financial reports at Commercial Meetings, to the Executive Team and Board.
- Build financial literacy and understanding across the business providing a balance between investment and cost control.
- Provide analytical and financial review of strategic growth goals.
