We need an exceptional Chief Financial Officer in Hyderabad for a leading Real estate company. This is a high-impact role requiring 15-20 years of experience, with a heavy emphasis on capital markets, debt optimization, and treasury management.

The successful candidate will own:

• Developing long-term financial strategies for capital security.
• Driving cost reduction and maximizing operating margin.
• Leading all Statutory & Internal Audits across multiple subsidiaries.
