CFO
to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing B2B services organisation in Spain. A strategic, high‑impact role working closely with senior leadership for a leader who has
built

scaled

transformed
finance functions
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance across FP&A, controlling, accounting, tax, and treasury
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Strengthen commercial decision‑making (pricing, margins, efficiency)
Build and develop a high‑performing finance team
Lead transformation, process improvement, and systems upgrades
Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership
Ideal Profile
~ Big Four background strongly preferred
~10–15+ years in senior finance roles
~ Experience in
high‑growth
,
scaling
, or
transforming
organisations
~ Proven track record of
building
finance capabilities, not just maintaining them
~ Background in professional services / consulting / B2B environments
~ Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
~ Strategic, hands‑on, and able to influence at senior level
