The business serves a blue-chip global client base across pharmaceutical, biotech, and government customers, and has evolved meaningfully from a staffing-heavy model into a higher-value consulting and managed services platform. With strong momentum, recent acquisitions, and continued international expansion, the company is now entering an exit-readiness phase, with a targeted transaction window in late 2026 to early 2027.
