We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead our finance functions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in finance and accounts from a manufacturing organization.
- Handled at least INR 200 crore business size, including interaction with Big 4.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Expertise in analyzing data to offer financial and organisational planning suggestions.
- Good interpersonal, negotiating skills, team management skills and technical skills like data analysis, budgeting, and GAAP.
- Good in computer skills / ERP.
- Thorough understanding of financial innovation, including its evolving nature, potential choices, and implementations, and how to make financially wise choices about investments and infrastructural facilities, and how to interact with and enlighten employees to ensure broad implementation across the organisation.
