  • Define and execute HR strategy across multiple sectors and business units.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and HR analytics.
  • Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Provide hands-on support for operational HR matters, including labour relations and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and sector HR teams to deliver consistent HR practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on people-related matters.
  • Champion DEI initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and performance.

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional labour laws.
