Job Description
A leading diversified conglomerate operating across multiple industries in Qatar.
- Define and execute HR strategy across multiple sectors and business units.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and HR analytics.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
- Provide hands-on support for operational HR matters, including labour relations and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and sector HR teams to deliver consistent HR practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on people-related matters.
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional labour laws.
