Job Description

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building, scaling, and strengthening Ginesys' people strategy in line with rapid growth and business objectives. This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can operate strategically while remaining deeply involved in execution across the HR lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-growing technology or product organizations, with strong exposure to scaling teams, culture building, and HR operations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a hands-on HR leader in a technology/SaaS/product-based company.
  • Strong exposure to scaling organizations, preferably from mid-size to large teams.
