Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and manufacturing sector requirements
  • Lead industrial relations activities including union negotiations, labor law compliance, and dispute resolution
  • Drive talent management initiatives covering acquisition, capability development, performance management, and succession planning
  • Foster a strong, safety-driven, and high-performance organizational culture
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including compensation, benefits, policies, and statutory compliance
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce strategy and people-related risks
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices in a regulated industrial environment
