Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and manufacturing sector requirements
- Lead industrial relations activities including union negotiations, labor law compliance, and dispute resolution
- Drive talent management initiatives covering acquisition, capability development, performance management, and succession planning
- Foster a strong, safety-driven, and high-performance organizational culture
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including compensation, benefits, policies, and statutory compliance
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce strategy and people-related risks
