Chief Human Resources Officer

Our Clients is a leading Indian Consumer Company. They are looking for a CHRO. Ideally with 18+yrs experience in similar industry. The incumbent will act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Business Heads and Leadership Team, overseeing HR operations across manufacturing plants, sales and distribution, and corporate functions. This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on experience in industrial relations, and the ability to drive transformation, engagement, and performance rewards, etc.
