Job Description
Our Clients is a leading auto-ancillary . They are looking for a CHRO. Ideally with 18+yrs experience from manufacturing. The CHRO will lead the end-to-end people strategy for an automotive manufacturing organization, partnering closely with the MD/CEO and leadership team to build a high-performance, cost-efficient, and compliant workforce. The role will focus on shop-floor productivity, industrial relations, leadership capability, succession planning, and cultural transformation aligned with manufacturing excellence, safety, quality, and growth objectives.
Strategic HR leader partnering with MD/CEO and Board to align people strategy with manufacturing and business goals
Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, including union management, wage negotiations, long-term settlements, and dispute resolution
