Rackspace is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you'll be managing global managed security services accounts.
About the Role

• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver monthly reporting for them.

In this role, you will produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management using your analytical skills in cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks through dashboarding and internal tools.

This includes overseeing SOC operational processes ensuring that security compliance/governance is maintained while utilizing monitoring tools, threat intelligence to inform insights as well as building the big picture.
