We are seeking a skilled Technical Billing Support Engineer to join our high-performing support team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert-level billing technical assistance to our customers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and processes.

  • Responding to complex inbound service requests over the phone and email directly with customers.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems across software, APIs, integrations, infrastructure and databases.
  • Reconciling invoicing with vendor invoices or SAP data and making informed conclusions on resolutions.
