Chief Manager - Operational Sourcing

Position Summary


Managing post Contract fulfilment and maintaining project budget

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities



  • Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to project team.

  • Create, amendment, extension of time and release of purchase order as per approved purchase requisition from Project team.

  • Ensure liquidation of all SAP purchase requisitions into PO.

  • Claim and Dispute Settlement with EPC Contractors and Suppliers. Provide estimation and justification for claim raised by EPC Contractors/Suppliers to Strategic Sourcing team and project with counter claim.

  • Contract Closure with time extension with/without Liquidated Damage as per Contract timelines and recommendation from project.

  • Maintain and track on BG, Insurance and payment check list fulfilment as per conditions set out in Contract.
