The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for Nursing Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all nursing operations within the healthcare facility to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes managing and developing the nursing staff, promoting and monitoring the nursing team to maintain high standards of care, and coordinating with other services to facilitate the continuity of safe and quality patient care.

The role also involves participating in the recruitment and selection of nursing staff, creating a conducive working environment, and ensuring compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
