Job Description – Chief of Staff (Reporting to CEO)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10+ Years
Role Summary
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO, driving planning, operational governance, cross-functional alignment, and executive communication. This role requires strong analytical capability, global delivery exposure, stakeholder influence, and the ability to convert strategy into action.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Drive strategic planning and execution in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
Translate the CEO’s vision into annual and quarterly organizational plans.
Align priorities across business units and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
2. Program Governance & Operations
Establish and manage operating frameworks and enterprise-wide governance systems.
Lead organizational Rhythm of Business (Ro B) including QBRs, MBRs, and leadership reviews.
Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and performance oversight.
3. Data-Driven Insights for CEO Decision-Making
Consolidate business data across functions into clear executive dashboards.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data insights.
Provide actionable recommendations to support informed CEO-level decisions.
4. Customer & CXO Communication and Influence
Represent the CEO’s office in key customer and partner interactions.
Prepare executive-level communication, messaging, and business narratives.
Manage escalations and influence global CXO stakeholders with strong executive presence.
5. Global Delivery & Sales Collaboration
Partner with global delivery and sales teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities.
Support pipeline, revenue, margin, and forecast reviews.
Drive customer satisfaction and delivery excellence across global programs.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in strategy, delivery governance, PMO, consulting, or CEO office roles.
Experience working with global delivery, sales, and cross-functional senior leaders.
Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead complex programs and influence outcomes without direct authority.
