Job Description

The Chief of Staff to the CEO will act as a strategic partner and execution anchor, working closely with the CEO to drive internal strategy, performance management, and cross-functional alignment. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, dashboarding skills, and the ability to coordinate with senior leadership across functions to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Support & CEO Office Management:

• Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business reviews, and internal transformation programs 

• Translate CEO’s vision and priorities into actionable plans and track execution 

• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing notes for board and leadership meetings 

 

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Act as a central coordination point between the CEO and departmental heads 

• Drive alignment on key initiatives, timelines, and outcomes 

• Follow up on action items and ensure closure across functions 

 

Performance Tracking & Dashboards:

• Design and manage management dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics 

• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities 

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with insights and analytics 

 

Internal Strategy & Execution:

• Support internal strategy formulation including productivity improvement, cost optimization, and growth initiatives 

• Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis 

• Assist the CEO in special projects

 

Governance & Communication:

• Ensure disciplined governance, review cadence, and reporting mechanisms 

• Enable effective communication between leadership and teams 



Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Advanced dashboarding and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 

• High ownership, confidentiality, and execution focus 

 

Educational Background:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred 

• Engineering or finance background is an advantage 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in CEO office, strategy, consulting or analytics roles 

• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or capital goods organizations preferred
