About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff (Co S) to work closely with the Founders and the leadership team to drive execution on the company’s most important priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication, and is ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.
Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai and Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Work with the CEO and leadership team to define, prioritize, and track company-wide strategic initiatives
- Drive execution on high-impact, cross-functional projects (0→1 and scaling initiatives)
- Translate long-term vision into quarterly and annual goals (OKRs / KPIs)
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with leaders across Product, Growth, Finance, People, and Operations
- Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively resolve misalignment
- Drive cadence of business reviews, leadership meetings, and offsites
Business Operations & Governance
- Support operating rhythm: planning cycles, metrics reviews, and performance tracking
- Assist in board and investor communication (deck prep, updates, follow-ups)
- Own special projects such as M&A support, new market entry, or org design initiatives
Culture & Communication
- Reinforce company culture, values, and ways of working
- Ensure clear communication across leadership and teams
- Act as a trusted, neutral connector across functions
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, finance, or early-stage startups
- Prior exposure to fast-growing or ambiguous environments preferred
- Experience working closely with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership is a strong plus
Skills & Attributes
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset with strong execution muscle
- Ability to operate at both high level (strategy) and ground level (execution)
- Discretion, judgment, and ability to handle sensitive information
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
