Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can convert CEO priorities into execution across product, ops, and partnerships.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership-facing role working closely with the CEO/founding team. The Chief of Staff will help translate leadership priorities into execution, drive cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, operations, partnerships, and growth, and ensure strong follow-through on key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CEO and leadership priorities into clear execution plans
• Drive cross-functional projects across product, technology, operations, partnerships, and growth
• Ensure strong follow-through on leadership decisions and key initiatives
• Run structured business reviews, track action items, and ensure accountability
• Act as a coordination and alignment layer between the CEO and functional heads
• Support critical initiatives related to partnerships, launches, and new services
• Handle high-priority and confidential projects with discretion

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–12+ years of overall experience
• Background from top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 / MBB preferred)
• Experience working closely with CXOs / founders
• Strong execution, program management, and stakeholder alignment skills
• MBA / PGDM
