We're a specialized narrative, storytelling and personal branding strategy consultancy for tech founders and executives. What separates us from traditional content agencies is technical depth. We understand product strategy, GTM execution, market dynamics, and competitive positioning well enough to function as strategic partners to our clients, not just content producers.
Our clients are Pre-seed, Seed, Series A-C founders, VCs, and tech executives who need more than generic personal branding content. They need contrarian insights, authentic positioning, and content that reflects genuine strategic thinking.
We're founded and led by two operators who built this from zero to $1 M ARR in one year. We're now expanding to Dubai and expanding our roots in SF, along with building the team to reach $10 M+ ARR. 
The Role
As our first Chief of Staff, you'll be the operational and strategic engine that enables us to scale across markets. This role exists because we've reached the point where execution excellence and systematic scaling will determine whether we become a $10 M business or plateau.
We need someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do and can solve complex problems without a playbook.
Here's what matters most to us: You need to operate with high initiative - seeing problems, diagnosing what's broken, and fixing it without waiting for explicit direction. If you wait for permission to act, you will find nothing to work upon here. You need to be an exceptional problem-solver - tackling ambiguous, messy situations by thinking from first principles, not by applying frameworks you memorized. We need someone who can figure out why something isn't working and build the right solution, not just the obvious one. If you need clearly defined processes, this role will frustrate you. What you'll own:
Operations and Scaling (40%)
Design and implement client onboarding, delivery, and quality control systems
Build SOPs that allow us to scale without losing quality or burning out the team
Own metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
Identify operational bottlenecks before they become crises Strategic Execution (30%)
Work directly with founders on high-stakes client positioning and strategy
Lead special projects: new service launches, market entry
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and strategic planning
Translate business strategy into executable plans
Challenge our assumptions when you see better approaches Team & Client Delivery (30%)
Ensure exceptional client delivery quality across all accounts
Coordinate cross-functional execution (writers, designers, strategists)
Resolve escalations and manage complex client situations
Build feedback loops between client work and process improvement
Eventually hire and manage team leads as we grow
What you need:

You've built things from 0→1 in environments with no established playbooks
You make decisions, take action, and adjust based on outcomes

You can tackle ambiguous, complex problems systematically
You explain your reasoning clearly and can teach others your approach
Experience & Background:
2-4 years in consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique), high-growth startups, or operations
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable with rapid context-switching and evolving priorities
Preferred (Not Required):
MBA from a top program (but we value execution over credentials)
Understanding of tech/Saa S business models, GTM strategies, and market dynamics
Experience in services businesses, agencies, or consultancies
