About Faclon Labs

Faclon Labs is building the operating system for the physical world .

We are a Physical AI company working at the intersection of manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and decision intelligence , helping some of the world’s most complex industrial systems gain real operational visibility, control, and outcomes.

Faclon is founded and led by operators with deep roots across Stanford, IIT, Silicon Valley, and global enterprise ecosystems , and actively operates across San Francisco, India, and Asia . Our work is not theoretical. It runs inside real plants, on real assets, with real financial consequences.

This is not SaaS marketing.

This is global, outcome-driven enterprise GTM.

About the role

This is a GTM-focused Chief of Staff role in the Stanford Founder’s Office , working directly with founders and senior GTM leadership across San Francisco and Bombay .

This is a fully in-person role based out of our Andheri office , designed around high-intensity, side-by-side execution . You will work closely with founders and the core GTM team every day, often in the same room, actively researching, writing, refining, executing, and iterating together.

You will sit at the center of Faclon’s global growth engine and help execute aggressive GTM efforts across the US, India, and Asia , with a strong emphasis on US-facing enterprise GTM . You will work directly with the Stanford founder in a true Chief of Staff capacity, with ongoing mentorship, coaching, and exposure to global operator and alumni ecosystems.

This role includes:

  • Late evening and night calls aligned with US time zones
  • High responsiveness during live deal cycles
  • Travel to the US , including San Francisco, for customer meetings, GTM execution, and field visits as the role matures

This role is:

  • Intense
  • Unstructured at times
  • Deeply collaborative
  • Extremely high exposure

It is not a support role.

It is not a spectator role.

It is designed as a career-defining apprenticeship for someone early in their career who wants to operate at a global, founder-level GTM standard .

What you will actually do

You will be deeply involved in end-to-end GTM execution , including:

Research and Targeting
  • Identify and research high-conviction target companies and CXOs globally
  • Understand company context, ownership structures (PE, public, family), and operational pain points
  • Build crisp internal briefs that directly shape outreach, meetings, and proposals
Outbound and Outreach
  • Support highly personalized outbound GTM campaigns, both digital and physical
  • Draft custom one-page narratives tailored to each CXO or company
  • Coordinate US-facing outreach and meeting scheduling across time zones
Meeting Preparation and Proposals
  • Prepare founders for senior CXO meetings with concise, high-quality prep notes
  • Help create custom proposals, pitch decks, and GTM collateral
  • Translate live conversations into clear actions, follow-ups, and deal momentum
Pipeline and Execution
  • Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and deal progress meticulously
  • Ensure nothing drops, stalls, or loses momentum
  • Support post-meeting and post-sale execution where required
GTM Strategy Support
  • Help shape new offerings, bundlings, and GTM narratives
  • Contribute to how Faclon positions itself across geographies and industries
  • Learn how real enterprise GTM decisions are made under pressure

You will be working daily with founders on live US and global deals , often in tight cycles and real-world constraints.

Operating standards you will be held to

Our GTM work is benchmarked against the standards expected in elite global operator and business school ecosystems .

This means:

  • Clear, structured thinking
  • Crisp written communication
  • Evidence-backed arguments
  • High preparation for senior CXO interactions
  • Ownership of outcomes, not tasks

If you enjoy intensity, direct feedback, and rapidly compounding learning, you will thrive here.

Who this role is for

This role is best suited for someone who is:

  • A fresher or very early-career professional
  • Comfortable working full-time from office in a tight, founder-led team
  • Willing to work long hours when required , including late nights for US calls
  • Exceptionally strong in written and spoken English
  • Highly curious, rigorous, and self-driven
  • Hungry, resilient, and ambitious
  • Excited by direct exposure to global CXOs, founders, and operators
  • This role rewards effort, judgment, and learning velocity, not credentials or entitlement.

This role is not ideal if you are looking for:

  • Remote or hybrid work
  • Strict 9-to-5 boundaries
  • Low-intensity or predictable schedules
  • Narrow, repetitive task ownership
Compensation and growth
  • ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month during the first 3 to 6-month apprenticeship/probationary phase
  • ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month or higher post-phase, based on performance, ownership, and trust

Compensation in this role is merit-driven and compounding , not tenure-based.

Exceptional performers will:

  • Become highly in-demand global GTM operators
  • Build direct working relationships with founders, CXOs, and investors
  • Gain real US enterprise GTM exposure and on-ground experience
  • Develop judgment, credibility, and references that permanently raise their career ceiling
Why this role is different

This is a rare opportunity, early in your career, to:

  • Work inside a Stanford Founder’s Office , not adjacent to it
  • Execute real US enterprise GTM from San Francisco to India
  • Travel internationally as part of business execution
  • Learn how senior CXOs think, decide, and buy

This role values learning, access, and long-term trajectory over short-term comfort .

Founder Mentorship and Network Exposure

This role sits inside the Stanford Founder’s Office , not adjacent to it.

You will work directly with the founder on a daily basis and be actively mentored and coached across:

  • Global enterprise GTM
  • Structured thinking and decision-making
  • Executive communication
  • Operating effectively in elite global ecosystems

This is not passive exposure. You will be:

  • Brought into real conversations, decisions, and tradeoffs
  • Coached on how to think, write, and operate at a founder and CXO level
  • Given direct, candid feedback that typically takes years to acquire

Over time, high-performing team members also gain first-hand exposure to the founder’s personal and professional networks , including senior operators, investors, and alumni across Stanford, Silicon Valley, and global enterprise ecosystems .

Strong mentorship, credibility, and advocacy are earned through performance, trust, and ownership , not promised upfront. For the right person, this experience can meaningfully shape long-term career trajectory, including future recommendations for global roles or top graduate programs.
