    Job Description

  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and roll out long-term strategic initiatives-translating high‑level objectives into actionable plans and measuring progress.
  • Serve as liaison between departments-manufacturing, R&D, investment and portfolio teams-to ensure seamless collaboration, clarity on priorities, and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and rectify inefficiencies in production, supply chain, and corporate processes. Drive continuous improvement across factories and back-office functions, ensuring compliance and boosting overall productivity.
  • Prepare board packs, presentations, and executive‑level communications. Organize strategic and board meetings, frame agendas, take actionable minutes, and ensure follow‑up on key decisions.
  • Consolidate performance data-including revenue, production metrics, and investment returns-and present actionable insights to leadership to guide critical decisions around operations, market expansion, and capital deployment.
  • Act as a trusted confidant to the CEO-anticipating challenges, escalating key issues, and representing leadership internally when needed. Support talent development through mentorship and cultivate a high‑performance culture aligned with the family‑office ethos.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Chief of Staff should have:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree - mandatory (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
  • 7-12 years of experience in operations, strategy, or business management
  • Prior consulting experience with exposure to strategic problem-solving preferred
  • Background in a high-growth environment such as a start-up or family office preferred
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
