In a major strategic initiative in Q1 2025, the company acquired Vishal Personal Care Ltd., a Hyderabad based personal & hair care company which operates under the brand name, “Banjara’s”, to enhance its product portfolio and market presence, particularly strengthening its distribution network in Southern India.

With exports to over 30 + countries and wholly owned subsidiaries in Bangladesh and the Middle East, Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. is poised to accelerate growth and unlock new opportunities in the Domestic as well as international markets.


Role Summary:

The incumbent would be a strategic advisor responsible for amplifying the MD’s impact and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment. This role serves as an integrator, problem-solver, and force-multiplier, driving execution of key initiatives and enabling the MD to focus on the highest-priority strategic objectives of the company. The role holder would also work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure clarity, accountability, and desired results at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Strategic Alignment

  • Serve as the MD’s strategic advisor—anticipate needs, manage priorities, and maintain strategic focus.
  • Translate MD’s vision into measurable actionable for cross-functional leaders.
  • Prepare strategic dossiers, Board presentations, Investor communications, and executive updates.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive alignment across the executive teams and enterprise functions.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on-time delivery and measurable impact.
  • Facilitate decision-making by integrating data, risks, and recommendations.

Business Strategy & Planning

  • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles for the company.
  • Conduct market benchmarks & analysis across financial & operating platforms of competition companies to stay abreast of strategy & organizational priorities.
  • Track performance against key Organizational KPIs and align teams towards progress on same.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve organizational efficiency through process design and systemization.
  • Manage and optimize executive meeting rhythms, business reviews, and offsites.
  • Ensure follow-through on MD decisions and action items.

Special Projects & Initiatives

  • Lead high-impact initiatives such as new product launches, channel expansion, digital transformation, or M&A integration.
  • Evaluate new growth opportunities and provide analytical rigor to strategic decisions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, strategic partners, and the executive team.
  • Maintain consistency and clarity of communication on behalf of MD.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA from a Top Tier Institute or Chartered Accountant. CA with CFA degree holders will be preferred.
  • 8–12 years of overall work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, or P&L leadership roles.
  • Experience in working closely with senior executives and/or C-suite leaders.
  • Proven track record of working in complex, matrixed, global environments.
