Chief Office Projects Manager

ROLE:
Reporting to the CEO, the Strategic Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solve critical business challenges across departments;

Oversee end-to-end strategic project management;

Align projects with organizational strategy through collaboration with C-suite and department heads;

Produce insights and recommendations based on data analysis;

Manage budgets, timelines, and resources;

Support company-wide strategic initiatives and planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus;

3+ years in project management, consultancy, or strategic roles;

Strong analytical and strategic thinking;

Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;

Leadership and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
