The Role

• Run the integration day to day and keep revenue moving
• Set a simple weekly rhythm with clear KPIs and OKRs everyone follows
• Turn two tool stacks into one clean setup across CRM, order to cash, support, and reporting
• Map the team, keep the stars, and make the tough calls kindly and quickly
• Tighten pricing and handoffs so sales, onboarding, and support feel like one flow
• Work shoulder to shoulder with the founder and help us land the CRO
