COO Role Summary

The Chief Operating Officer will own end-to-end operations—from project planning, construction delivery, sales and customer fulfilment to vendor and site operations—and convert the company's strategic plan into operational KPIs that drive margin, cash flow and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong programme management, P&L orientation, regulatory discipline required for listed entities, and proven ability to scale operations across multiple projects. This role will be responsible for operating the real estate company except for the sales, marketing and finance functions.
