Experience: 15+ years
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of 3+ specialty chemical plants.
- Drive efficiency, cost control, and productivity.
- Ensure quality, EHS, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead expansion, scale-up, and improvement projects.
- Manage plant leaders with clear KPIs and accountability.
