Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects, sales operations, customer service, and internal processes. The COO will work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of real estate projects, sales, CRM, administration, and site activities
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational systems
• Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Construction, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance
• Improve operational efficiency and cost control
