Experience: Approximately 15 years of experience in NBFCs or Banking, with significant exposure to gold loans.

Salary: 50 LPA

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy in alignment with the Board and CEO.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Credit, Risk & Asset Quality Management: Define and enforce robust credit policies, risk management frameworks, and underwriting standards.
• Financial & Fund Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.
